Control in accordance with Chapter 4 or Chapter 5 of the DVO 2015/1998

Content

Security in the terminal carries out checks in accordance with the requirements of DVO 2015/1998.

Passengers who go airside via the checkpoint in the terminal are therefore also subject to these requirements. This means that, among other things, only small quantities of liquids are permitted in hand baggage (individual containers up to a maximum size of 100ml, packed in a transparent, resealable 1-litre plastic bag).

However, larger quantities can be brought in via the bulky baggage door. In order to use this service, prior registration is recommended. Alternatively, the security staff can be informed that checked baggage must be checked before the check-in process begins. Checked baggage must then be handed over via the bulky baggage door. The checked baggage will be taken to the aircraft.
